How to remove stitched bra pads ftom salwarckameez

Hi everyone,

I need some really urgent help.my mom had sent some salwar kameez to U.S. and i wanted to wear it or my husband birthday tomorrow.when i opened the dress i noticed that the salwar had stitched in supporting bra pads.I cannot wear the dress like that.i tried to remove stitches thinkibg that i will find some hole or something to remove them

I cannot find anything.can anyone help me how to remove them
