baby frock doubts

Dear All

1.For kids frock, how will we decide the amount of flares or the skirt portion?
2. Is front and back arm hole same for frocks with say 9 inch yoke and 10 inch skirt
3.Any criteria for deciding the yoke length and skirt lenght( Proportion)

Cleared it my self.. here are the answers in case any one stumbles on this thred

1. For flare you can keep 2.5 times the waist ( my opinion)
2. No front and arm holes differ - refer Artvani moms step frock tutorial
3.no.. dont make it too low waist
