thread tension for usha janome allure..pls help

    Thread is frequently breaking while stitching... Guess its a problem with thread tension. My kids turned the dial.
    Can some one help me here

    First thing, the quality of the thread should be good.
    Second point, keep the thread tension as 4 and try.
