princess cut blouses

    Hi All,

    Can u please tell me what a 'princess cut blouse' is ? Seems like i have been living under the rocks :(
    I also heard about padded blouses -> how good/efficient are they ?

    Princess cut blouse has a side opening and is mostly used for sarees like netted.

    a normal blouse is made by onw piece front and one piece back rite?, well When we say "princess cut" refering to a blouse that means the blouse is made by 3 pieces building the front part, the stitches are going in a curved line starting in the armhole going along the bust and ending in the bottom part of the blouse. you can see an example in **This thread**

    padded blouses are useful when the back is open and u cant wear a bra because itll be shown they are good because the other option is wear the blouse without bra O_O

    I got one stitched recently for a designer saree and yes indeed, it looked great with no seams visible on the front.
