    I got this idea hope it will be useful to you take your old kameez and cut it to look like the shape on the pic once its satisfactory you can use it to sew the new kurtha... Hope this helps

    This is a type of asymmetric tunic and you can find lot of tutorials for sewing an asymmetric top/tunic in Google. .if u cannoy find any let me know.i can draft one for you.
