Please suggest tutorials of cutting and stitching gents shirts and pants

I see a lot of threads about cutting and stitching ladies dresses..but couldn't find anything about gents dresses especially full sleeve shirts and pants. So, please suggest how to take measurements and cut fabric for full sleeve shirts and pants or suggest any good tutorial in the web...
