ok.. children from Valasaravakkam (my sis lives there) are considered too as it is less than 5 kms. also they do not encourage recommendations.. so every one has a 50 - 50 chance.. so I think you can give it a shot.. becos what if you by chance get thru?.. you wont regret na. thats the only reason I am trying.

for Extra-Curr activities outside school, you can easily find out around your location once you settle down here. You will find good children activities around every location. Like I know there are classes for Skating, Creative Arts, Drums, Vocal, Dance, etc in and around K.K. Nagar and Valasaravakkam.

Arthi,

Any other reasons for you dropping out these 2 schools?

*Chinmaya has no extracurricular activities.
*Vani vidyala is little bittle strenous for small kids(Homework)

not really Manju..

I know the family who owns Vani Vidyalaya and I have my own apprehensions?!?! Though me and DH have decided we will go there if we have no other CBSE schools left around this location.

I am yet to visit Chinmaya Vidyalaya.. so no other reasons as yet. Like how we get to select few schools, we need to let go some schools so I let these go.

Omega international school site is - Lalaji Memorial Omega International School, Kolpakkam, Chennai, India - CBSE & IGCSE Curriculum it has CBSE and Cambridge stream. Fees structure for the current year is put up in Lalaji Memorial Omega International School, Kolpakkam, Chennai, India - CBSE Admission it will be more or less for next year too.

I'm planning to put my daughter in Pon vidyasharam,Valasaravakkam in L.K.G...........i have no idea how their teaching and how good they show attention to kids individually.........can somebody help me please.Thank u
