PreKG admission in Best CBSE schools in Chennai

Iam currently staying in Velacherry near to Guindy Race courrce, would like to check whether PSBB KK Nagar/T Nagar will admit my child in Pre KG in academic year 2010. DOB of my daughter 22 May 2007. Also would like to know the procedure of school admission.
Could you kindly advise which are all the best CBSE schools in chennai and how I can get admission for PreKG.
