| I have noticed that most parents in this forum are very specific about the school they would like to put their child in regardless of the travel their child may have to make everyday.I would like to know from members esp. chennai what effect travelling in all this pollution has on the kids. Also the mode of travel-stuck in a sweltering van!! etc. not to mention the substantial waste of time.Surely the nearest school is better than putting them thru this ordeal everyday?I have heard people going to schools in mylapore from parrys or even farther.your thoughts please. |

| Probably if all parents chose their nearest school, the demand for these 'top schools' would drop and would may be make the school management(s) respond with courtesy which they seem to lack.Wishful thinking?!! |
