Montessori Training Offered

Hi Il'ites,

A friend of mine, a montessori teacher is starting her own training centre. She has taken a franchise of a leading montessori training institute. Also, she takes classes in spoken english. All her courses are offered through corresspondence.

She hails from a very moderate family background, and has faced a lot of personal hurdles in life. I really want to help her, and wish her all success. I just want your inputs on how she can promote her venture, and how she can be successful

I know this is the "Schools" thread, but thought a lot of mothers will see this, and give responses, thts why posted here. If it is wrong, apologies!!

Nice to c ur post..........It is good on ur part to help ur friend................If she is going to conduct the training through postal, then she must

first ask her to contact her close circle
ask them to advertise for her to their friends and known circle
many free ads are possible these days, check it out

i think this will help her out for the beginning stage...................she must have done all this before i guess...........

can u give me the details regarding the program............it is fine if u PM me also......

I forgot to add one thing - The training is also conducted in postal. It is better if the person comes and learns only. She has offered this postal thing, to cover long distance friends. She has advertised in local papers and all, also infomred everyone.

Honeytha, I will PM u the details after confirming with her. As far as I know, the course is cheap - Around 8K i think, compared to others. And, a certification from a foreign university.

I stil need to confirm all details, about the name of the university, the recognition and the packages she offers. Will get back with details soon.

Sridevi is a very close family friend who is now working at a educational agency. Having finished her degree, montessori training, she was working as a teacher. She has a problem with funds in setting up her own play school. In order to garner funds for the same, she s now taking classes in spoken english and montessori training.And also working. I am not advertising her courses, but just looking at some people's positive vibes here that will make a diffference in her life.
