hi all,

my sIL is also looking out for UKG admission. the kid is studying in ashram, in LKG in between they went to UK for few months now a month before they r back, as such t the school is fine they wanted to change to CBSC as the ashram is matric. so they were looking for admission so far the PS senior guys said no and vidya mandir said no. they went thru all the process of application and everything. so right now they have only shankara open in their hands. do post here if anybody happens to get UKG admission any where in chennai...

PSBB is one of the best in the country and has produce some fine students like me ...on a serious note, it is probably on of the best things you can ever do for your kid...also try PS in mylapore....BTW, psbb is quite inclined to hinduism....so if you are not in favor of that, please re-think....

This is Vasumathy currently at Sunnyvale, CA USA. My daughter is doing her Pre K at school Sunyvale, CA. We are moving the 1st week of Jan 2009 to Chennai, . We will be mostly around Annanagar and wanted to get some advise on admissions into LKG in middle of the year in Schram academy or any other schools? Do you have any experiences on this ? 1. Age limit ,
2.When -Application issued by school for 2009
3. any restriction - distance between house to school,
4. any restriction - parent's qualification

I think PSBB will give admission for only Pre-KG... No LKG admission...
Correct me if I am wrong..

 

Application Issue Date...for LKG and 1std admission

Hi All ,

I am looking admission for LKG and 1std for my kids. I have schools for options.
1. Arsha vidya madhir
2. chettinad vidyashram.
3. Balavidyamandhir
4. Srisankara

Now I am in US. Due to visa I can come back to India only on Jan09. Can anyone kindly provide me the following information?

1.What are the etra documents we need for application ?
(like Birth Certificate, address proof , kids photos, etc...)
2. Anyone of chennai friends is looking for admission in these schools, please tell me if you have info about application issue date and time?

This forum is so helpful for peoples like us who are away from our mother country.
I am awaiting for your good reply. So I can inform my relative to get the application from those schools. Thanks.

Hi, I just called, Arsha Vidya mandhir, The Ashram school, st. Brittos , they are giving application forms by January only......

I am also planning to try psbb millenium for my kid for LKG.

How is Ashram school? any idea.
