hai ladies, i am new to abu dhabi its been 6months since we moved here i have a son who is 2yrs and 2months old, can u plz tell me what would be the right age for him to join pre- nursery, i heard about sara nursery, can i send him to nursery for just 6month and put him in lkg or can i put him directely on lkg (he will be three year old on feb2012) can anyone tell me when the admission for sara nursery starts, and also ick can anyone tell me what is the right age to join lkg? plz help
Hi Reshma, Welcome to Abu Dhabi. Its a good idea to put your little one in Sara nursery first because getting admission directly into ICK is difficult. Children from Sara Nusery are given first preferance in ICK. The correct age for admission into ICK is 3 years as on 15th April for KG1. Sara nusery is really good and the children are better able to cope in KG1 because of the good foundation they get there .Besides this your little one will be interact with other children as well.

Reshma, I think they start the session in April.Its better if you go directly to the school and ask. Where in abu dhabi do you stay?

hai, o great even i live close to nmc hospital, will surely meet up, did your son go to pre school? if so in which preschool did he go to and at what age and how long did he go, and how did you manage to get a seat in ick, i heard its quite diffuclt to get admissions there
Hi Reshma, Welcome to Abu Dhabi and IL. Yes Correen is right. Nursery helps a lot. Even my son did his nursery in Sara.But heard that Sara has already given application form for this year and admissions are almost over. Better check with them.
