Hi Manju,

Happy Mother's Day to you and all other moms here!!

My daughter is not yet school going (only 19 months old now) but she goes to the daycare...they had a celebration on Friday afternoon to which all the moms were invited...:)

we went and had muffins with our kids...also they gave us a cute "I love mom" hanging piece that the kids had helped make with some pink hearts and a photo in between of me and my baby.

Today my hubby gave me a 'Happy Mother's Day' card on behalf of our daughter and was teaching her to say the same to me...:) she kept giggling and rolling on the ground while trying to say the words...:) It was so cute and funny...

love,
Aarushi

Hi Manju,

My son is going to preschool. On friday, they had a mother's day celebration at school and we - moms were invited for a party.

They made a craft saying'I Love u mom', then served a cake made by all the kids, they sung a song for all the moms together, they painted the marygold plant pot and brought that home. Then the wonderful thing I admired is they were given a paper with heading 'Mother's day Promise coupon' - were the kids asked to promise what help they'll do for their mom.My son wrote"I'll help my mom putting dishes in Dishwasher" . He do help on that too.

My DH and my son brought me a Heart shaped cake written 'MOM" that night. My son made me proud and had fun too.

Good to share this with you all . Manju, great for a this thread start.

Cheers,
Pinky.

I have a 4 yr old daugther
She gave me a flower vase which she decorated in her school and she gave me a apron with her little hand imprint on it.
