Personality developing class

Hi ,
Chennai lities, my brother finished his B.com and working in ordinary auditing office.Our native is in Tanjour dist. He is very shy. So he never go to any interviews.Now he join the spoken English class. But I advice him to join
the personality devlopment class. But he don't know about that.So Chennai lities please help me, where it conducted and how many days we attend the class?
