is swine flu vaccine safe

hello ladies,
i know a lot has been discussed regarding the safety of the vaccine over a period of time..i have an appointment for the vaccine for my son(5 yrs)tomm..after reading through the articles on net i am so confused now whether to take this vaccine or not,,please share your thoughts on this..

I have gotten the swine flu vaccine for both my children per my pediatricians advice. It is best to be safe and get vaccinated. Children are at higher risk for complications like pneumonia and other respiratory infections from swine flu.

I went to pediatrician last week. They have regular flu shots and swine flu shots. I opted for regular flu shots. Some how, i still cant decide on the swineflu vaccine. If the schools make it mandatory then i will get my kids vaccinated or else i dont want to get them.

I don't have young kids but I would read all the information available about the side effects of the swine flu vaccine before I made any decisions. I am not too much for the western medicine, had way too many complications after taking a couple different ones for my medical issues.
