My younger sister(15) who is in India with my parents has gained a lot of weight. Although my parents try to give her a balanced diet still she is unable to shed off extra fat she has gained.
Being a teenager of school-going age it becomes very difficult for her to find time to exercise, also she lacks motivation for it.
Please suggest some ways how she can reduce weight and how we(the family) can motivate her to exercise. Being the youngest child she doesn't listen to my parents much and I am in US. Please give some tips on how we can make her understand the importance of balanced weight. None of my parents are overweight so it is not genetic.
