CBSE Class 1 general knowledgesyllabus/text books

Dear Ladies,

My daughter is in Class 1 (CBSE syllabus). Her general knowledge teacher just gave few lessons and no text book was specified for the same. When i asked her about the text book to follow, she said "just follow the classwork". The classwork has hardly 4 lessons in it.

Can you ladies suggest me the syllabus for Class 1 GK and any text book for the same?

Lakshmi,

Maybe they have some lesson that deals with gk.. or i know the lower classes have a gk classwork book. my son used to have one for gk, until he was in the 4th.

you can also check out cds/textbooks that loosely follow the same..i would use ratna sagar gk books..used by ncert..
