here a few tips about how to tackle head lice and nits that our children bring it at home sometimes.

1-comb the whole family's hair regularly to check for head lice, eggs and nits as not everyone itches.

2 - tell your children that nits are no one's fault and there's nothing to be ashamed of.

3 - avoid pesticides...not only do they leave the eggs in place to hatch but the lice may become resistant.

4 - Get any nits, lice and eggs out all in one go with a special comb.....usually u find this on the chemist.

5 - continue to comb children's hair at bathtime once a week
