Request for graphics subforum

I am good with graphics
and I wanna start inspiring the IL ladies with some good works
and then give them some good tutorials for making some lovely graphics

please let me know if this can be done

iam interested in designing on sarees.

I have some designs and i want to put on stensil cutting and then
make on the sarees.

Is this prossible, can u help me

Hi aparajithaa , the administrating team will be considering your suggestion . meanwhile I would
suggest to post a couple of works / tutorials at personal technology forum . Make a beginning
& let us try to follow . then it will be easy for administrating team to take a decision on sub-forum .

It would be better if you put your graphics tutorials in personal technology for time being in my opinion.

It can be made as a sticky under that section if required. Until admins revert, post in that section.

BTW do you animate? i love doing that. If so, i have some doubts to be clarified.

yeah i started posting there for now
but wont be able to do it in single thread so posting there as multiple threads only
and yeah i can animate

Got to see your graphics works in the threads that you started in the Personal technology forum. They look awesome!

Regarding separate forum or sub-forum for a particular topic, we wait to open one until we see lots of participation from many members. We like to see atleast 15 to 20 different threads (with active participation) running on a topic, before we decide to open a forum/sub-forum for it.

Having been an admin in many boards yourself, you would appreciate that moderating and keeping a forum organized is not very simple from the resources stand point. Also, opening a forum and not having many active discussions or participation in it, doesn't create a lively opinion about the site.

Having said that, here are some suggestions to share your graphics works. You may choose to continue in the Personal technology forum, starting various threads for topics of different nature under Graphics. Or why not take up a personal blogspace with us and start exhibiting your works and teaching your graphics skills here to those interested?

and as u said its reasonable enough to make it able to make some active threads first..and it would ensure and justify the need of a sub-forum as i requested..For now i would like to continue the way it is in the personal technology.. cause i have a logo for my works and making a blog would come up with some advertising issues on some forums if i open a blog here.. so i will think about the blog again and let you know..
