Today (Jan 12th) is Swami Vivekananda's Birthday! In 1984, Government of India declared to celebrate his birthday as National Youth Day.

To quote from the Government's declaration:
"it was felt that the philosophy of Swamiji and the ideals for which he lived and worked could be a great source of inspiration for the Indian Youth".

Hi friends,
My favourite quote of Swami Vivekanada is :

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life - think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.
I read this quote in a book of Swami Vivekananda gifted to me by my grandmother.
I follow all the sayings of Swami Vivekananda
and this book is very useful to me.
