FROM THE ANURAG SAGAR VANI OF SANT KABIR.
This worldly existence (sansar), before Kabir sahibji, wrongly worshipped Kaal as Param Purush, so they lived in the world of mind. Even the so-called saints and Prophets of today are unaware about the secrets of devotion to Parampurush. Therefore, they (Peers, Paegambars, Rishis, and Munis) are misguiding their followers, unknowingly. Everyone freely quotes from the Kabir Vaani, but in actuality, they are only engaged in devotion of Kaal Purush. Some of them simply speak about Satyalok, but they neither actually have the true Naam nor did anyone of them attain Satyalok. They are all only subservient to the mind (Mann), therefore they are entangled in only Sargun and Nirgun Bhaktis. The mind is very vicious, many famous Gurus and Seekers are trapped, in its web. In reality, through such inept Gurus and Seekers, the Jivatmas (souls) are disilusioned; therefore, the whole world is engaged in the business of false Naam:
To yah mann hai badaa jaalim|, Mann kaaran kee inakee chhaayaa,
    Tehi chhaayaa men atake|
Nirgun sargun mann kee baajee, Khare sayaane bhatake||
Mannheen chaudah lok banaayaa, Paanch tatva gunn keenhe|
Teen lok jeewan vash keenhe, pare na kaahoo cheenhe||
Jo kou kahai ham mann ko maaraa, Jaakai roop na rekhaa|
Chhin chhin men kitane rang badale, Je sapanehun na dekhaa||
Raasaatal yekaeesh brahmaandaa, Sab par adal chalaavai|
Shat ras men bhogi mann raajaa, So kaise ke paavai||
Sabake oopar naam nirakshar, Tahan lai mann ko raakhai|
Tab mann kee gati jaani parai, Yah satya kabeer mukh bhaakhai||

Firstly, pay obeisance to the holy feet of Real Satguru who in a natural and effortless way has shown you the glimpse of the Amarlok, which is otherwise unattainable with one‘s own efforts. The Satguru has banished the darkness of ignorance and darkness associated with it by lighting a lamp of knowledge within the soul. Sahib, who could not be reached or realized by all the great Sidhdaas and Prophets during their life time, has granted us, and by his grace helped the souls to blend with the nectar (Amrut) of Satyalok.
Satguru deen dayaal jee, tum lag meree daud |
Jaise kaag jahaaj par, soojhat katahun na thaur | |

Like a jeweler who can assess the value of the gold, word of Kabir sahib propounds the essential truth of Parampurush. Sahibji says that one should attentively listen and understand his words and accepts the same as the benefactor in one‘s heart. When the intense sun of knowledge like Sahibji manifests, only then the darkness of ignorance can be, distinguished. He utters the true words that only a true Saint can understand.
Koee ek sant sujaan, jo mam sabda bichaaraee|
Paavai pad nirvaan, basat jaasu anuraag ur||
Only those, whose heart is, filled with love, can attain salvation and it is only he, who is an intelligent saint.

    LOVE
    Dharmadaas enquires;
Hai satguru binavaun kar jore, Yah sanshaya meto prabhu more||
Jaake chitt anuraag samaanaa, Takar kaho kavan sahidana||
Anurage kaise lakhi paraee, Bin anuraag jeev nahin taraee||
So anurag prabhu mohi Batao deee drushtant, Bhale samajhao||

Dhrmadaasji with folded hands prays that Sahibji graciously clear his doubt, that if without love, the Jivatma can attain salvation, Dharmadasji is requests Sahibji to tell him the recognition of true lover.
    Sahib replies;
Jarat naari jyon bhoot pati sangaa, Tani ko jarat na morat angaa||
Taje sugruh dhan dhaam suhelee, Piy virahin uthichalai akelee||
Sut lai logan aage keenhaa Bahut moh taakahan puni keenhaa||
Baalak durbal tohi binu marihai, Dhar bho sunna kaahi bidhi karihai||
Bahu sampati tumare ghar ahaee, Palat chalahu-gruh as bas kahaee||
Taake chitt kachhu vyaape naaheen, Priya anuraag basai hiy –maaheen||

Sahibji says that true lovers can also be likened to the satis, who burn themselves to death on the funeral pyres of their dead husbands. Such satis did not move or stir even one bit, even when their bodied cought fire. These satis used to sacrifice everything to join their husband‘s souls. People used to tempt such satis with the love of spring by saying that their children would die without them or would say that her house would be forsaken without her. People would even dissuade the satis by saying that, she still has a lot of wealth that she can enjoy. In spite of all these temptations the sati for the love of her husband, would still climb on the funeral pyre of her dead husband and give up her life.
This is the way, in which a sati does not yield to the dissuading and tempting by her relatives and instead says that, there is no meaning in her life, even with all the wealth and progeny, in the absence of her husband. She says that she is also nearing death every day and she has no partner who will make the reminder of her life happy and worthwhile and clinging to the feet of her dead husband and in the bereavement, lays down her life.
    CAN WE MATCH THIS

Sahib says to Dharmadas that for his benefit he has told him the signs of true lover‘s soul. Now he should identify the true essence of love and forgetting his ego about his caste and family backgound he must contemplate and meditate in the ‘Naam‘, that sahibji has bestowed on him. Sahibji cautions Dharmadas that he should banish all his love and attachment with his son and wife. He must remember that, this worldly life is only a dream and that he should know that his life is very short and in the end he will have no one to help him. He says that his wife, whom he loved more than his parents and would even sacrifice his life for her, would not be of any use in the last moments of his life. She would weep, but only with selfish interest in her mind and she would immediately lean towards her parental abode. Sahibji further tells Dharmadas that the affection of one‘s family and wealth be looked upon is only a dream. Stay true to the Satyanaam and this is what Sahibji intends Dharmadas to imbibe in his heart, since one‘s wife who is considered the dearest , would not stay by him on his death.

Kabir Sahib says that there is no one in this mortal world that will save the soul from the hands of Kalpurush after one‘s death. Sahibji says that we should have faith that it is Satguru alone who will in the end, as a true saviour, save the soul from the hands of Kalpurush by over coming the power of Kalpurush. He will carry the soul to the imperishaple Satyalok, where in resides the immortal Parampurush. This is where the soul attains boundless bliss and will never return to the miseries of this worldly existence (Sansar).

DHARMADAAS ENQUIRES ON MYSTERY BEHIND CREATION:-
Ab saahab mohi deu bataaee| Amar-lok so kahaan rahaaee||
Kaun dweep hansa ko baasaa| Kaun dweep purush rah baasaa||
Bhojan kaun hansa tahan karaee| Au baanee kahan tahaan uchcharaee||
Kaise purush lok rach raakhaa| Dweepahin ko kaise abhilaakhaa||
Teen lok utpati bhaakho| Varnahu sakal goy jani raakho||
Kaal niranjan kis vidhi bhayaoo|Kaise shodash sut nirmayaoo||
Kaise chaar khaani vistaaree|Kaise jeev kaal vash daaree||
Kaise kurma shesh uparaajaa|Kaise meen baraahahin saajaa||
Traya devaa kaune vidhi bhayaoo|Kaise mahi akaash niramaoo||
Chandra sooryakahu kaise bhayaoo|Kaise taaraagan sab thayaoo||
Kis vidhi bhaee shareer kee rachanaa|Bhaasho saahib utpati bachanaa||

Dharmadasji requests Sahibji to narrate about the whereabouts of Amarlok. The status and situation of the Jivatmas in Amarlok, the food and language of the Jivatma in Amarlok, the creation of Trilok, the creation of Kaalpurush himself, the formation of sixteen sons of Satyapurush, the placement of the pure souls into four classes of life, the reason behind the entrapment of the Jivatmas in the clutches of kaalpurush, the creation of Tridevaas, the creation of the earth, the sky, the sun, the moon and stars etc. Dharmadaasji again prays to sahibji to reveal to him the whole mystery behind the creation of the universe, so that all his doubts will be cleared. Dharmadasji again prays to Sahibji that He, be kind to this servant and reveal to him the mysterious facts about creation. He is again entreating that, Sahibji reveal every minute details about the creation of the universe and that whatever he told by Sahibji will be believed by him, as Sahibji is truthful and honest.

    SAHIB IS REPLYING
Dharmadaas adhikaaree paayaa|Taate main kahi bhed sunaayaa||
Ab tum sunahu aadi kee baanee|Bhaakhaa utpati pralaya nishaanee||

Now Sahibji is replying that whenever any deserving soul enquires with him of the above matters, he will definitely reveal all.
Taitis koti devataa naaheen|Aur anek bataaioon kaaheen||
Brahmaa vishnu mahesh na tahiyaa|Shaasta ved puraan na kahiyaa||
Tab sab rahe purush ke maaheeen|Jyon bat vruksha madhya rah chhaaheen||

Sahibji says to Dharmadaas that he will start from the time before the earth, the sky, Kurma, Shesh, Varaah, Shaaradaa, Gowri, Ganesh etc.came into existence. This is about the time when Niranjan, who is torturing the Jivatmas also did not exist nor even the thirty-three crores Godheads existed. Sahib says even Brahmaa, Vishnu, Mahesh nor even Vedas, Shaastraas, Puraanaas came into existence and only Parampurush existed and all the Jivatmas were part of Him like the shade of banyan tree stays within it‘s midst.

Sahib says to Dharmadaas that he is revealing the precreation mystery that no one knows.Neither Saakaar nor Nirakar existed two forms of worship and even the fourteen Lokas were created much later and hence there is no one, who can corroborate the mysteries that Sahib would reveal.. Even the four Vedas are ignorant and silent about the existence of the Satyapurush but only speak about the episodes relating to Kaalpurush.

Kabir Sahib says that in the very beginning Parampurush was incognito, he had no companion or partner and he was in bliss at some point of time he willed it so and he created a unit of himself (Hansa). Firstly, he pronounced one word and created a magnificient bright white light and merged himself into that light, which came to be known as Amarlok. Then he willed again and created many islands.
In truth this was kept secret. Then Sahib says that foremost willed and uttered one word, due to which a magnificient white light emerged which spread into the infinite. This light was not comparable to any worldly light, it was so magnificient, each particles of this light would put to shame millions of suns.
When this magnificient light, spread into the infinite, Satyapurush himself became one with this light and this light came to life and was simply vibrating with lifeforce. This magnificient light came alive just as a body comes to life with an Aatma entering the same. Before entering the magnificient light, Satyapurush himself was incognito.when this brilliant light enterd it become Satpurush. And that is called Amarlok. Even now the Satyapurush was alone . Then he willed and sprinkled some parts of this magnificient light from himself. Infinite particles of this light came into being, than again entered this magnificient light. Just as when one takes handful of water from the sea and sprays it above, several particles of water are scattered around. But just as the particles of water fall back into the sea and they become one with it.Unlike this these infinite particles of magnificient light also entered this light but surprisinglythey remained a separate entity. Since Satyapurush willed that, these particles of light must have their own individual identity. These particles came to be known as atmas (Individual Soul). All these atmas started blissfully living amidst of this magnificient light.
The individual identity of Atmas in the magnificient light is a miraculous thing because the particles of the water from the sea when scattered and again fell back into the sea, they lose their individual identity. But, Just like the fish move about the sea, all the Hansa also started moving about in this magnificient light, that is Satlok. On seeing this, Parampurush was immensely pleased and started loving these Aatmas very much. For a long long time, these atmas were inhabiting this magnificient light and enjoying themselves.
