Shani Dosham & Saturn's transit on 5th Aug

My astologer told me that my 7and half year shani will be starting from next month. Could please anyone let me know what kind of shanthi pariharm can be done, what kind of pooja can be done in US and the slokas to chant.

As you requested I have convered the Kumudam Bakthi Special Sani Slokam and posting here. As always kb200 post the pdf file of Chitra Madams posts I am not converting the slokam from Chitra Madam. As Kumudam slokam and Chitra Mam's slokams are the same expect it in the english letters you can use either one.

Note to Chitra Mam,
The is the secure document no one can edit it or change it..It requires password to change or import it into another format.

How do I get rid of my Shani?
The truthful answer is you cant
I am going to be the devils advocate-I have gone through many Shanis !!this is my anthim Shani-He is Just and hence is never moved from the path he has to take in your life
So the good thing to do is to pray to him and say"You are here to teach me a higher form of living,Help me to go through this"
Also much depends on where he is in your horoscope-so he might be benign,good,harmful.Find that out and just be careful in your dealings.
He is so ethical and just that if you lose something when he comes in ,he will give it back to you.So just stay calm,face the problems and find out the why of his visit.You emerge from the fire stronger,better.
this is all from my personal experience.
