Very disheartening

Dear Rani
Can't help but agree with all who feel that this is a case of miscommunication.... don't over react...
--- next time if you are late do mention that you may not be able to cook dinner and that both you and daughter will eat at home...
Also think that its not fair that your DD goes to your moms place when the other set of grandparents are visiting.... stop and ponder and then point fingers..as re- actions are equal to the actions!!!

Yes... it is is really very disheartening....

But What I feel is that they are living like strangers in your house and don't take up things or talk freely...

first you have to "break the ice" between youself and your inlaws and should definitely build the relationship between your child and "Both" sides of grandparents...
