Problem with Elder Sister regarding Property

i'm working on a project,in my ancestral prop,given to me from mom,sis has an obj,although she has many other props.

There is a say "Money is the root of all evil". Property matters are always hard to solve, weather if its with Inlaws, husband or brother-sister. You can read so many posts that how many good relationship has been disturbed because of that.

If your parents have given you authority, you have right to do whatever you want on that property. But if your sister name is there, then I guess, you need her permission. Doesn't matter how many properties she has, its upto her. You can ask her, how your project is going to effect her? If you explain about your project, may be she will like to participate too. When it comes to property matters, you have to be little careful, as she can take action against you. Legally, she has the same right as you have.
