When new members register, there is a referrer box in which they need to provide the username of an existing member who referred them to IndusLadies.

Doing that, the existing member also qualifies to join the pool of this month's newly registered members to participate the in the registration contest and if lucky be chosen for the registration prize at the end of the month.
