Hi Ladies, I have a quick and easy to make capsicum onion raita receipe which I invented one fine day trying to cook something nice for my dad;here it goes: Ingredients : 1/2 Cup Capsium ( cut in to 1 inch cubes and discard all the seeds) 1/2 cup Onion Cubes 1-2 green chilli ( diced) little mustard seeds turmeric power Yogurt salt Method: Heat little oil in a Pan,Slplutter the mustard seeds and little turmeric powder. Add onion and green chillies and fry on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes till onions are brown,Add capsisum and cover for 2 minutes.Open the lid and fry for 2 more minutes.LET IT COOL COMPLETELY. Dilute the Yogurt in a belnder and add the above mixture!!! DONE!!! You can also add little laban with curd for added taste!
