Ingredients: Bitter Gourd(chopped) - 1 cup. Water - 1 cup. Green Chilly - 3. Salt - 1 tsp. Curd - 2 tsp. Coconut grated - 1/2 cup. mustard - 1/4 tsp. curry leaves Cooking Method: Cook Bitter gourd in water with green chilly and salt. once it is cooked, water will be absorbed fully. then add curd and mix properly. then at last add paste of coconut+mustard and cook. :arrow::arrow: While making the coconut paste put the mustard at last.
