Wonderful for the skin...no cooking required!!!! Palak (Spinach) - 1 bunch Curd - 1 cup Salt -to tast Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp Roasted cumin-red chille powder - 1/2 tsp Coriander leaves(optional) - 1 bunch Very finely, chop the spinach, add salt and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Bead curd and add salt, chaat masala powder and roasted combined cumin-dry red chillie powder. Add the spinach and mix well. Chill before serving with freshly chopped coriander leaves - this is optional.
