Hi I love this drink. Receipe : Ingridients : Almonds - 25-30 Milk - 1 Ltr Safforn Elaichi Powder 1/2 tbsp Sugar 1/2 cup ( Increase or decrease as per your taste) - Soak the Almonds 2 Hrs & later peel the skin. - Grind the Almonds in the small Mixie jar with little milk. Consisetency like thick paste. - Add little more milk & boil. Add safforn, sugar, Elaichi Powder & allow it cool. - Add cold milk & chill it in the Refrigerator for an 1 or 2 Hours. - Serve it cold. Hi. I too do this very often. But I add cashews and ground grated carrots and love to c my daughter enjoying this drink. When she is back from classes in the afternoon she relishes it a lot. Nice of u to have posted it here.
