this is made by my daughter who learnt from me. kadai panner: 1) 4 big tomatoes 2)2 onions 3)1 piece ginger 4)2-3 garlic flakes 5)lavanga patti(cinnamon) 6)bay leaf 7)cloves 8)jeera 9)dhania(coriander seeds) 10)orange colour powder 11)250 grms paneer cubes-fry it 12)1 big capsicum pieces 13)grind (1-9) add water and make thick paste 14)in kadai add butter and fry the paste(13)then add 12, garam masala,chilli powder,10,11 and qasuri methi(dry fenugreek leaves) garnish with coriander leaves.
