Hi Sisters, here is the recipe for mushroom sandwich.
Shallow fry sliced mushrooms with sliced garlic and salt until almost water (released from mushroom while cooking) evaporates.
Take two bread slices and spread ketchup on one slice and green chutney on another one.
Stuff cooked mushroom and mozzarella cheese between both slices and toast it in sandwich toaster. Sandwich is ready.

    Dear Aharia,

Thank you for sharing the mushroom biryani recipe!

I tried it today, and it came out quite well!

I will try to make it better next time by balancing the proportions of the spices correctly.

I prepare mushroom soup and mushroom light curry
For light curry, cut the mushrooms into pcs , put little oil in a kadai, fry finely chopped onions, add salt, little red chilly powder and chopped mushrooms, cover it and once in a while saute it . It is done

    Hi.

    Here are some mushroom recipes.
Stuffed Mushrooms-De-stem the mushrooms.Coarsely grind the stems. To this add grated paneer (cottage cheese),grated cheese, green chillies and salt.Stuff it in the mushrooms and bake it in the oven till cheese melts. This can be served as an appetiser or even goes well with dal-chawal.

Babycorn -mushroom vegetable-In a pan add some oil.Add a little cumin seeds. Then add finely sliced onions and salt and cook well. Then add finely chopped tomatoes and cook well. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and kitchen king masala and cook well. Then add babycorn pieces and cook a little. Then the sliced mushrooms and cook well.Add salt and cook well.Serve with dal-chawal or parathas.Instead of babycorn you can add green peas or you can use all 3 together. This can be even made into a curry by adding coconut milk or cream and cooking it.Or you can even stir fry it with some cooked rice to make a pulao.

Mushroom Toasts-Make white sauce as usual. In a pan add some oil.Add asafoetida.Stir fry some onions and garlic paste and then add finely chopped mushrooms and cook well. Then add red chilli powder and salt and cook well.Let it cool.Mix with white sauce.Cut bread into squares.Apply the mixture on it.Bake it in the oven till crisp.
