here i'm going to share a easy & tasty receipe u want maisa sugar water icecream any flavor oil method mix maida,sugar,water.make batter. heat oil. freeze the icecream well.take it out ,scoop it,dip it in the batter fry it in the oil. eat it when it is hot.when it become cool..icecream will melt.
HI shini i used to do this... but after dipping in maida batter i used to roll in bread crumbs to make it more crispy...
hi all, quite a different recipe..should the consistency of batter be similar to bajji batter or what?? please share here ... long time back we tried a menu called fried banana with ice cream...they chunked bananas vertically, dipped in maida+sugar batter, deep fried it...which looked like mini hot dogs...which we are supposed eat along with ice cream...
that we call it as banana appam or palam pori....i do every week end....same batter for this receipe....can add elachi powder+cooking soda a pinch..
