hi friends ' here i'm going share with a tiffin which is easy u want maida sugar to taste milk for puranam; coconut gratted suger or jaggery to taste elachi powder method: 1.mix maida+sugar powder to tast+milk.make thin batter...thinner than dosa batter. 2.in a pan put sugar,coconut ,elachi powder .heat ittil it it becomes thick.keep it aside 3.make very thin dosa in a dosa tawa,close with a lid.take it out. 4.put puranam in the reverse side of the dosa,which is golden brown.roll it tightly,cut it into pieces,put this again in a dosa tawa,put very little oil...toast it till it gets golden brown.
