u need: gram flour1 cup ghee 1cup sugar 2 cups milk 1 cup gratted coconut 1cup nuts chopped 1 cup method 1.put sugar in a heavy bottom vessal 2.put little water ..melt the sugar 3. mix gram flour in milk 4.add this to sugar syrup 5.mix well 6.when it thickens add coconut,nuts add 3/4 th cup ghee 7.mix well 8 when bubbles coming&breaking is the correct time to take from fire. 9.add the remaining & switch off the stove.
shinimkumar, Good to see this version of 7 cup cake. I have done the same with slight variation..3 cups of sugar and almost no nuts
