hi friends here i give u a chocolate receipe with oats u want oats 1 cup coffee decotion 1/4 cup coco powder 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup nuts chopped 1/4 cup condensed milk 1 tsp method 1.fry oats for 2 mins. 2.in a tawa put sugar,coffee decotion,coco powder. 4.mix well,hear it,when bubbles coming,add oats 5.mix well when it thickens add chopped nuts. 6.switch off stove.add 1 tsp condensed milk. 7.make balls when it is warm. 8.allow to cool 9.next day is good to eat.

you can use cooking chocolate ..... near k.r market fry over...some shops are there which sell items for cakes and chocolates...try there...
