Puree watermelon,adding honey,sugar syrup or dahi,chilli flakes.Pour in kulfi moulds and freeze. Curve out small half moon or star shapes from a watermelon.Cut a cucumber into tiny cubes .Toss lime juice,chopped onions,chillies,pudina.Chill and serve. Cut the musk melon into cubes.chill.Whip dahiwith sugar until smooth.In an icecream glass ,tip in melon,top with dahi,honey and almonds. Puree musked melon.Make custard seperately.Blend these together.Serve with nutty,cinnamon cake. You can even grill pieces of muskmelon using your own coating of outer layer substance like egg yolks.
