We all use butter very often... here I am giving u receipe how ot make home made butter in few minits...

    you need :

    1) cow ghee ( In Mumbai I use Dynamix cow Ghee)
    2) soda
    3) salt
    4) ice cubes

take cow ghee into vessel. melt it on gas stove. add pinch of soda and little salt. once ghaee is melt, thn add ice cubes (dotn worry if u add more ice cubes) and mix it wel with spoon. ghee will start freezing and turn into butter. remove extra water/ice cubes from vessel. keep in fridge..

ur home made butter is ready to eat...!!!:thumbsup

plzz move this topic in proper section.. sorry

    hi,

never heard of making butter from ghee.... How long do you store it in fridge... will it not give a stale smell (as it has been melted)...
