    Hi Desiprincess,

This is yammy cheese cake & it taste delicious!!!!!!!!!!. I tried it and came well. I got this recipe from one of my friend and it also available in net.

    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 tbsp. sugar
    3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. mini semi-sweet chips
    1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in chocolate pieces and vanilla; pour over crust. Bake at 450 degrees, 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 250 degrees; continue baking 35 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

You can also make fresh quick and simple Alfredo sauce for Pasta. My son loves this than the Store bought.

    1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
    1 cup milk
    1 shallot, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    butter and oil

Sauté the onion and the garlic until soft but not brown.
In another saucepan, add the cream cheese, and the milk on medium-low heat until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well blended. Add the onion mixture, and cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve over linguini noodles (or any kind of noodle desired).

    Hi,

i use cream cheese , to prepare beritto ( mexican dish ,but in indian style)

    hear is the procedure,

    rotis - few
    cream cheese- 2 tbsp
salsa - 2-3tbsp ( recipe u can get it from loonypoohs substitute for ingredients,in this same thread)
french fries or potato wedges - few
baked rajma or left over any beans curry ( optional)

on a roti spread cream cheese, on that add salsa and beans and few french fries and roll it .wrap it with a foil or tissue ,so that its easy to eat without any mess.
belive me my DD & DH loves it very much and its a complete meal as a whole.

I make these tortilla rolls with cream cheese that serve well as appetizers.......

    Ingredients:

2-3 flour tortilla - depending on the size (I prefer the multigrain or wheat one)
    1 pk Cream cheese
    1/2 bell pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    green chilies as per taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    Cilantro

    (everything finely chopped)

Put the cream cheese in a pot on medium heat and add rest of the ingredients. Stir until everything is mixed well. You don't have to get the mixture hot. Alternatively you can warm the cream cheese in the microwave and then mix the rest of the ingredients.
Spread some butter/margarine on the tortilla and heat it on the tawa. Take it off the tawa and spread the cream cheese mix on it. Roll it up and cut it into 1/2 inch discs.

You can also get some bagels and have cream cheese and bagel for breakfast.
