Carrot Milk Hi Ladies, I used to make Carrot juice the usual way (Crushing the raw carrots and filtering them), but never liked the smell. Try this one, when I first made this one, my husband & my frns asked if it was "Badam Milk". Ingredients: <TD class=recipeNotes colSpan=2>Carrots (Medium size) : 4 Milk : 3 cups Sugar : As required Cardamom : 4 (Make it a fine powder by using coffee blender) <TD class=heading colSpan=2>Process: <TD class=recipeNotes colSpan=2>Don't Peel off carrots and Cook them with out chopping them (I usually keep them on top of a plate in the pressure cooker while I cook rice, etc.) Grind the carrots like a paste. Boil the milk until they come up for one time. Then add the carrot paste to the milk and let it boil agian until the milk come up , add cardomom powder and sugar as u like... Let it cool until the milk comes to room temp then grind the milk well. Keep it in the refrigerator and serve chilled. Add ice cubes if you need. <TD class=heading colSpan=2>It tastes like Badam milk and It's a nice refreshment to ur kids n I am sure every one gonna luv it very much...
