Dear Cindhuja, Recently went through this site and read about Flax seed. Go through it, it may be useful. Flax Seeds - Flax Oil - FlaxSeed Oil - Uses - Benefits - Side Effects Best wishes with love.
I use it while preparing Chappathi. It has lot of nutrional values especially good fat and fibre. And also in place of eggs I use flax powder mixed with water for baking. Thanks Mangai
Is it odorless? Coz few people in my house never agree to any new ingredient inspite of its medicinal value. If at all they smell anything odd sure they wont eat it . Hope this doesnt affect the basic flavour of chappathi or any dish!
I think the odour depends on the sensitivity of nose.:rotfl In my house my DH and 2 year old loves flax chappathi.I use the ground flax for chappathi I also eat Organic Valley Flax Seed cereal which has seeds in them.It clean my track very well. try it maybe little bit. Thanks Mangai
