INGREDIENTS 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks 2 ripe bananas 2 cups orange juice ½ cup plain nonfat yogurt 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom ¼ cup pure maple syrup (optional) or honey u can use in India Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor, and puree.
