Once we have make coconut chutney for dosa or idli how can we store it for 3 to 4 days long in fridge without spoiling...Can anyone give me any tips how to store coconut chutney in the fridge without spoiling and taste will remain same after 4 days also...
Taste won't remain the same. But you can freeze them in small containers and use the ones which you need.
I will keep it in the fridge for one day maximum. reheat in a water bath it will be good. Raw coconut we can store in the freezer while using i will take the sufficient amount and pour hot water.
