ILites - I need help on my issue. I bought a dried salted narthangai packet last year and in the winter in US, it has become very hard and unable to eat. It is not the soft ones that we get in the packet. What should I do ? Any suggestions or ideas are appreciated.

Try adding a few drops of water, microwave for 30 seconds at a time, and let it sit in the steam for a while. It may become softer.
