Sudha dear glad you liked both Here is recipie for Pulingari Brinjal Arvi (Cheppangizhangu) Mathan Tamarind Mustard seeds Methi Urad dal Red chilly Salt Coconut First soak the tamarind in water. Cut Brinjal, Cheppangizhangu and Mathan and fry in little oil for sometime then boil it in tamarind water. Add salt, haldi and LG powder. In the meantime fry urad dal, red chilly and methi and grind it with coconut. After the vegetables are cooked add the grinded paste and boil it. then give tadka in oil with mustard seeds , lg powder, kadi patha .
