    Today's menu , Pulingari and Avial. Get fed up having sambhar everyday, so one day Sambhar, one day mor kuzambu, one day rasam, one day Pulingari, one day avial morkuzambu. Hope you all will like it and give a like and if you like it more like to read your comment IMG_20141106_100407.jpg

    Here is recipie for Pulingari

    Brinjal
    Arvi (Cheppangizhangu)
    Mathan
    Tamarind
    Mustard seeds
    Methi
    Urad dal
    Red chilly
    Salt
    Coconut

    First soak the tamarind in water. Cut Brinjal, Cheppangizhangu and Mathan and fry in little oil for sometime then boil it in tamarind water. Add salt, haldi and LG powder. In the meantime fry urad dal, red chilly and methi and grind it with coconut. After the vegetables are cooked add the grinded paste and boil it. then give tadka in oil with mustard seeds , lg powder, kadi patha .

    Mathan
    Chenai
    Carrot
    salt
    Haldi
    Kadipatha
    Coconut oil
    coconut
    Tamarind

    In tamarind water boil the vegetables adding salt and haldi. Then grind coconut with green chillies and jeera. After the vegetables are cooked add the grind paste and boil it. Later add Kadipatha and coconut oil
