Rose coconut barfi (using left over sugar syrup)

    • ROSE Coconut Barfi ---- Ingredients- 1cup left over sugar syrup , 2cup dry coconut powder,1/4cup rose syrup , chopped almonds for garnish.

    1. First take left over sugar syrup add rose syrup in it &cook until u get one thread consistency .
    2. now take nonstick pan put coconut powder in it then add above rose sugar syrup in it cook until mixture left the sides .
    3. spread this mixture on to the greased tray & keep in refrigerator for 2hours. Cut in desire shapes & garnish with chopped almonds.

    Is it rose syrup or rose water that you use for this?
