Hi ILs, I bought a muffin/cupcake pan and I have made muffins twice and once cupcakes. However, I am looking for other recipes (sweet or savory) that suit the indian palate (for kids or adults) to make/bake in a muffin pan. Thanks in advance!
Hi.A very simple thing would be to put a slightly moistened bread slice each in the muffin pan.Bake it till its light golden.Add some salsa sauce.Break an egg in it.Sprinkle salt.Bake it till the egg cooks.You can sprinkle chilli flakes,mixed herbs or pepper if needed.If vegetarian use mushrooms or paneer or boiled soya nuggets or any veggie of your choice.Grated cheese can also be used.
