Hi all, What do u ladies do with the beetroot leaves? Each time I buy a bunch with big stems and leaves, I just don't know what to do them and discard them. Any receipes? thanks.

Sparks, beet leaves dal is an awesome comfort food with roti.. Poriyal is is a simple stir fry type. We just put tadka of mustard, urad dal, red chillies, add a 1/4 cup onion, sautéed, and add the chopped beet leaves, stir fry until done. Add less salt and top with fresh grated coconut. Yumm tasty
