Summer quenchers

    oof!!!!!!:bowdown the hot summers are back.So lets enjoy some thirst quenchers::thumbsup
    1: GINGER-ORANGEJ UGALBANDHI:

    2 cups ginger lemon syrup
    2 cups orange juice
    4 tsp crushed ice
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp grated ginger
    1 tsp mint leaves crushed
    1 cup water.

    In a large glass jar add all the above ingredients except the lemon zest and blend well with a spoon. Pour into tall glasses top with some lemon zest and serve.
    2. THANDA THANDA CHAAS:
    3 cups buttermilk churned well
    2 tsp curry leaves
    ginger 1" piece
    mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
    green chillies: 1 minced fine
    jeera: 1/2 tsp
    salt to taste
    chat masala: 1/2 tsp
    asefodita: pinch
    oil: 1 tsp

    Pour the churned buttermilk in a large glass jar. Crush coarsely curry leaves,green chillies and finely chopped ginger with a 1/4 cup water in a mixie. Strain juice and add to the buttermilk. Stir well.Add salt.
    Heat oil in a pan.When hot add jeera,mustard and asefodita.Pour this bhagar to the buttermilk stirring well. Cool in fridge
    Pour chilled chaas into glasses ,sprinkle some chat masal and serve.
