Green Drink

    This green drink is said to be rich in fiber, low calorie and it is rich in vitamins.

    Ingredients

    2 cups of Spinach
    1/2 of cucumber
    1/4 of Head of celery
    1/2 of bunch of parsley
    1 bunch Mint
    3 carrots
    2 apples
    1/4 of Orange
    1/4 of Lime
    1/4 of Lemon
    1/4 of Pineapple

    This makes 3-4 servings. Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve.
