IF LIKES THIS RECIPE PLS POUR IN UR FB ingredients; cauliflower-1 flower(boiled florets) aaloo(potato)-3 small(boiled) onion-1(finely chopped) tomato-1 chopped kasoori methi-1tsp FOR GRAVY ghee or dalda-50gms oil-as required ginger garlic paste-1tsp onion paste-2 onions tomato paste-1no cashew=khus khus paste-100grms=25gms SPICES chilli powder-2tsp ani seed powder-1tsp(sombu powder) dhania powder-1tsp garam masala-1tsp METHOD 1.In a kadai pour dalda or ghee add g&g paste saute it well till raw smell disappear. 2.add onion paste n saute it till raw smell disappear,like that ome by one tomato paste then cashew khus khus paste(soak the cashew n khus khus in hot water for some time then make it as a paste). 3.add salt,chill powder,dhania powder,ani seed powder,garam masala and pour some water leave it till oil separate.sim the gas. 4.in another kadai pour some oil add chopped onion,ani seed ,kasuri methi and chopped tomato one by one and saute it well. 5.now add boiled cauliflower and potato. 7.add salt &mix it well. 8.add the cauliflower n aaloo to the gravy mix well ang garnish it with coriander. goes well with naan,parota,chapathi. soon post naan recipe uma.
